- Warranty applies to private household use only and does not cover commercial, rental, or trade use.
- The warranty is valid for the original purchaser only, and the product must remain within Australia.
- The warranty is non-transferable.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
Please submit your warranty claim through our online form before returning any item. This helps our Sydney-based support team review your request faster and keep all claim details in one place.
To lodge a claim, please prepare the following:
- Purchaser’s name and order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos or video showing the problem

How We Resolve Warranty Issues

Spare Parts Replacement: We may send the required replacement parts at no cost.
