Warranty Information

 

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Warranty Periods


  • Electric Fireplaces & Indoor Furniture – 12 months warranty for manufacturing faults and defects.
  • Outdoor Furniture – 3 years structural warranty for manufacturing faults and defects (frame only). No warranty for cushions.
  • Any additional warranties for specific products will be displayed on the product's information page.

This warranty applies only to private household use and does not cover products used for commercial, rental, or trade purposes. The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser, where the product is delivered to an Australian address and remains in Australia. This warranty is non-transferable.

How to Make a Warranty Claim


All warranty claims must be directed through Customer Service. Please do not return or post items before obtaining instructions, as unapproved returns may not be identifiable, and your claim may not be processed.

To lodge a claim, please provide:

  • Purchaser’s name and order number
  • A detailed description of the issue
  • Photos and/or video showing the suspected issue

How We Resolve Warranty Issues


After reviewing the provided information, we will work with you to resolve the issue. If your product is deemed faulty, the following solutions will be provided, in this order:

  • Spare Parts Replacement: If the issue can be resolved with a small spare part, we will send it to you at our cost.
  • Partial Refund/Store Credit: For minor imperfections or superficial defects, we may offer a partial refund or store credit.
  • Product Replacement: If the issue cannot be fixed with spare parts, we will arrange for a replacement unit (subject to availability and discretion).
  • Full Refund/Pro-Rata Refund: If no replacement is available within 4 weeks and you do not wish to accept an alternative product, we will offer a full refund or a pro-rata refund based on usage.

Additional Considerations


  • DIY Solutions: Some minor issues can be resolved with simple cleaning or replacing a small part. We may offer a partial refund or store credit as compensation.
  • Packaging Damage: Packaging may sustain minor damage during transit. If the product itself is unaffected, this is not considered a warranty issue.
  • Color & Material Variations: Many of our products are handcrafted, and slight variations in color or finish may occur.
  • Product Maintenance: Regular maintenance, such as using timber oil or leather care kits, can extend the life of your furniture.
