At Moda Living, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee to give you complete peace of mind when shopping with us.

If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase or simply change your mind, you may return the product to us within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the purchase price.

Please note that all shipping costs are your responsibility, including the original delivery cost (even if your order included free or discounted shipping) and the return shipping cost.

To qualify for a return under this policy, you must:
  • Notify us in writing within 30 days of receiving the item by submitting a Return Request Form.
  • Provide proof of purchase.
  • Return the product in its original, unused and unassembled condition, with all original packaging, accessories, swing tags, labels and manuals intact.
  • Send us photos or a short video of the product in its original packaging before return approval.
  • Cover the full cost of return shipping.
  • Acknowledge that this return does not entitle you to make a warranty claim.

If your order originally included free shipping, a 20% postage fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Items Not Eligible for Return Due to Change of Mind

  • Products marked as "made to order".
  • Clearance stock.
  • Commercial or non-domestic use purchases.
  • Products that have been assembled, used or damaged.

Packaging & Return Conditions

  • All items must be returned in their original packaging.
  • Moda Living reserves the right to decline returns that are not in their original condition or packaging.
  • If we accept a return without original packaging, a minimum re-packaging fee of $50 will apply.
  • You are responsible for ensuring the product is securely packaged for transit.
  • Returns without any packaging will not be accepted.

Return Condition Checklist

Before arranging your return, please check that:

  • The original carton and all original internal packaging materials are present, including protective foam, inserts, plastic wrapping, plastic bags and any other supplied protective packaging.
  • The carton and all internal packaging materials are in acceptable condition, with no significant tears, holes, crushing, breakage or other damage that may affect secure repacking or safe transport.
  • The product, glass, panels, trims and other visible surfaces are free from scratches, dents, chips, cracks, stains or other physical damage.
  • The product has not been assembled, installed, modified or used.
  • All originally supplied accessories and contents are present, including remote controls, hardware, screws, brackets, crystals/logs, manuals and other applicable items.
  • All accessories are undamaged and returned in their original individual packaging or accessory boxes, where applicable.
  • Accessories are securely packed in their designated location and are not left loose or placed inside the product.
  • The product is clean and free from excessive dust, dirt, stains, odour, residue or other contamination.

Please note: This checklist is provided as a general guide only. Meeting or confirming the above conditions does not automatically constitute return or refund approval. All returned products will be inspected by Moda Living after receipt, and final approval remains subject to this Refund & Return Policy.

Return Process

To request a return, please submit our Return Request Form before sending any item back.

  • You may arrange return shipping yourself or request Moda Living to assist.
  • If you would like us to arrange the return, it must be booked in advance.
  • Once approved, we will issue a Return Authorisation (RA) number and label. Please print this label and place it over the original shipping label on the carton.

Exchanges & Promotional Pricing

If you would like to exchange your product for a different item, we’re happy to assist, subject to stock availability and approval.

Please note the following conditions regarding discounts and promotions:

  • If your original purchase included a promotional code or discount that is no longer active, the same discount cannot be applied to the replacement item.
  • If your exchange request is approved, the refund amount for the returned item will be based on the amount you originally paid, not the full product price.
  • If there is a current promotion at the time of exchange:
    • If the current discount is less than the original discount, you may apply the current discount.
    • If the current discount is greater than the original discount, only the original discount rate will apply to the replacement item.

Refund Timeline

We typically process refunds within 1 business day after receiving customer confirmation.

The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please note that due to variations between payment providers and credit card companies, it may take up to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
