At Moda Living, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee to give you complete peace of mind when shopping with us.
If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase or simply change your mind, you may return the product to us within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the purchase price. Please note that all shipping costs are your responsibility, including the original delivery cost (even if your order included free or discounted shipping) and the return shipping cost.
To qualify for a return under this policy, you must:
- Notify us in writing within 30 days of receiving the item by emailing info@modaliving.com.au
- Provide proof of purchase
- Return the product in its original, unused and unassembled condition, with all original packaging, accessories, swing tags, labels, and manuals intact
- Send us photos of the product in its original packaging before return approval
- Cover the full cost of return shipping
- Acknowledge that this return does not entitle you to make a warranty claim
If your order originally included free shipping, a 20% postage fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Items Not Eligible for Return Due to Change of Mind:
- Products marked as "made to order"
- Clearance stock

Packaging & Return Conditions
- All items must be returned in their original packaging.
- Moda Living reserves the right to decline returns that are not in their original condition or packaging.
- If we accept a return without original packaging, a minimum re-packaging fee of $50 will apply.
- You are responsible for ensuring the product is securely packaged for transit.
- Returns without any packaging will not be accepted.
Return Process
- You may arrange return shipping yourself or request Moda Living to assist.
- If you would like us to arrange the return, it must be booked in advance.
- Once approved, we will issue a Return Authorisation (RA) number and label. Please print this label and place it over the original shipping label on the carton.
Exchanges & Promotional Pricing
If you would like to exchange your product for a different item, we’re happy to assist, subject to stock availability and approval.
Please note the following conditions regarding discounts and promotions:
- If your original purchase included a promotional code or discount that is no longer active, the same discount cannot be applied to the replacement item.
- If your exchange request is approved, the refund amount for the returned item will be based on the amount you originally paid, not the full product price.
- If there is a current promotion during the time of exchange:
- If the current discount is less than the original discount, you may apply the current discount.
- If the current discount is greater than the original discount, only the original discount rate will apply to the replacement item.

Refund Timeline
We typically process refunds within 1 business day after receiving customer confirmation. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that due to variations in payment providers and credit card companies, it may take up to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
