We understand that plans can change. Please review the following policy regarding order cancellations and changes.

Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

You may cancel all or part of your order before it reaches the dispatch processing stage.

  • A full refund will be issued for the cancelled items
  • Shipping costs will also be refunded, provided no other items remain to be shipped

Order Changes or Cancellation After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation or changes may still be requested, however the customer will be responsible for all associated shipping costs.

  • This includes the original delivery cost (even if free shipping was applied)
  • Return shipping costs back to our warehouse
  • Any redelivery or rehandling fees if applicable

Made-to-Order Products

Products that are specified as “made to order” cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded under any circumstances once the order has been placed.

Important Notes

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible to avoid dispatch
  • Orders that have already entered the fulfilment process may not be eligible for cancellation
  • Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method
  • Processing times for refunds may vary depending on your payment provider
