I absolutely love The George! It’s added such a beautiful, cozy presence to my space. Get a drill for installation (I used a screw driver) not smart haha The design is classic with just the right amount of character and feels timeless. The flame effect is incredibly good and the soft glow makes evenings at home feel extra inviting. It’s easy to use and creates the perfect ambiance whether it’s turned on for warmth or just for the visual mood. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to add warmth and charm without the hassle of a real fireplace. Can’t wait to style!!
Have purchased electric fireplace suite for our home from Moda Living previously and now building granny flat and knew Moda living would have exactly what we would need and they did. Rang and made a date for us to come and view and they had assembled a display fireplace for us so we knew what it would look like. Great service and great product and would definitely purchase again from this company. NOTE - get the correct address as Google still has their old address at Castle Hill and they have moved to a new showroom at Seven Hills.

Love how this looks in my lounge room, just need to find the right item to hang above it. It heats well but I was not expecting the fan to be noisy, although the exceptional customer service at Moda tell me it’s the quieter model. Would be good if you could vary the fan speed to reduce noise. However since enquiring about the noise I don’t seem to focus on it as much.

I received the berwick mantle with starlight insert , it’s just stunning , delivery was fast ( to qld) definitely need two people to put it together, but well worth the time and money . Beautiful addition to our home , thank you Moda living , very happy customers!

I ordered an electric fireplace suite and Moda Living advised that the supplier had boxed incorrect colors. Ours was incorrect. I emailed a response to their advice of the error and never got a response until I phoned 2 weeks later. Now we are to ship back the incorrect one with no defined time as to when we will get the replacement. I feel given that I have waited this time and we are now at July the time to enjoy our renovation becomes shorter. The replacement should be provided and then our incorrect one returned. It is not my error therefore it should not be my inconvenience. I ordered the fireplace at least 3 weeks ago.

Glad we ordered an extra deep one as still not that deep when placing the logs & crystals. We also ordered the translucent driftwood set, these are much more attractive & realistic than the ones supplied with the fire.
Can feel the heat but we didn't really get it for heating, more for added atmosphere for our room.
We also added a few for cones 😁
