How much does delivery cost?

To calculate your delivery costs simply enter your postcode and suburb on any product page.

The final delivery charge for your order will be calculated at the checkout. To view the overall cost of your delivery, please add all items to your shopping cart and ensure your delivery suburb and postcode are correct.

Shipping costs are based on the weight and volume of the order and your delivery suburb.

Do I get a combined delivery discount if I order more than one item?

Yes! Our delivery calculator will calculate the most efficient delivery method for your order and you will be charged on a total order basis, not by individual items. Go ahead and try adding a few items to your cart to see the total delivery cost for your whole order. Or just call us and we'll work this out for you – 1300 040 677.

Do you deliver internationally?

We ship Australia-wide.

We do not currently deliver to any locations outside of Australia.

Do you deliver to remote or island areas?

Some remote, island, or regional locations are outside the service range of our logistics partners, and we may be unable to deliver to these areas. Examples include Norfolk Island, Christmas Island, and certain remote postcodes.

If we are unable to deliver to your address, you are welcome to arrange your own courier to collect the goods from our warehouse in Seven Hills, NSW. Otherwise, your order will be cancelled and refunded in full.

We appreciate your understanding and recommend contacting us at info@modaliving.com.au before placing an order if you are unsure about delivery availability to your location.

When will my order be shipped?

All in-stock items are dispatched the same day if ordered before 11:30am, or next day if ordered after 11:30am (excludes weekends and public holidays). If products are not available for immediate dispatch, the estimated dispatch date will be shown on the product page (e.g. pre-order items).

Please note that cancellation fees and return shipping fees may apply if you cancel an order after we start processing it.

When will I receive my order?

After dispatch, the estimated delivery time is:

  • Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide: 4–8 business days
  • Perth: 6–10 business days
  • Rest of Australia: 5–10 business days

Please allow up to 15 business days for all deliveries.

What if there is more than one product in my order?

We will usually ship all your items together to keep your delivery costs down. If your order includes pre-order items, we will wait for all items to arrive before shipping.

If you would like multiple deliveries, please contact us at info@modaliving.com.au. Additional fees may apply.

In some cases, you may receive separate deliveries from different warehouses.

For fireplace suite sets, the mantel and the fireplace insert may arrive at different times due to packaging differences.

How will my order be delivered?

We use a combination of selected couriers to offer competitive delivery across Australia. Standard delivery is a one-person service to your ground-level door only.

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday during normal business hours. Someone must be available to receive and sign for the delivery.

Heavy or oversized items: Items over 25kg per box may require your assistance during delivery due to OH&S regulations. Please check the product specifications for weight details. For non-ground floor access, you may need assistance from others. If you need extra help, contact sales@modaliving.com.au for assisted delivery options (extra costs may apply).

What if I have special delivery requirements?

We will do our best to accommodate special delivery needs, including stair access or two-person delivery, depending on your location. Please contact us at sales@modaliving.com.au after placing your order. Additional charges apply, and some services may not be available after dispatch has begun.

Do you deliver to PO Box addresses?

We do not deliver to PO Boxes due to product size. Please provide a full street address at checkout.

Do I have to be home to receive my order?

If you're not available, you may contact the courier directly to authorize an unattended delivery. Please note this will void your warranty, and neither Moda Living nor the courier will be liable for loss or damage.

For small items sent via Australia Post, if no one is home, a collection card will be left and the item taken to a local Post Office. Delivery address or authority cannot be changed after dispatch.

How do I track my order?

Once dispatched, we will send you an email with your tracking number and tracking instructions. For questions, please email dispatch@modaliving.com.au.

What happens if my order is lost, faulty or damaged?

You're covered by our FREE transit insurance.

If the courier confirms your order is lost, contact us at info@modaliving.com.au.

If the item appears damaged on arrival, inspect it before signing. If damage is visible:

  • Note packaging damage on the delivery slip
  • Refuse delivery if severely damaged
  • Take photos or videos and contact us immediately

If damage is discovered after delivery (e.g. faults, missing parts), contact us within 7 days with photos or videos.

After 7 days, we will first attempt to repair the product. Return shipping will be your responsibility unless damage was reported promptly.

Exclusions include:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Improper assembly or modification
  • Abuse or abnormal use
  • Neglect or failure to care for the product
  • External packaging damage only
  • Your own handling or transport

What happens if I received the wrong product?

If you receive the wrong product, report it within 7 days to info@modaliving.com.au. We’ll arrange to send the correct item and collect the incorrect one at no cost to you.

For commercial or bulk orders with special delivery requirements, or to arrange your own carrier, contact info@modaliving.com.au.

Can items be picked up?

Yes! We offer FREE Click & Collect. No handling charges apply. Please confirm stock availability and pick-up location with us before selecting this option. Some items are delivery-only and not available for pick-up.

How long can you hold my order if I don’t pick it up straight away?

We are happy to hold your order free of charge for up to 3 months from the date it becomes available. If your order is not collected within this time, a storage surcharge of $50–$100 per month may apply, depending on the size and volume of the goods.

Please contact us if you need to delay your collection so we can make suitable arrangements.
