Great experience dealing with this company! Very responsive and great communication. There was an accident with my fireplace that I initially purchased and they messaged me right away and offered a replacement of stock that was in their inventory. However I was happy to wait for the Berwick because it was the right dimensions for our place. Highly recommend and would purchase from these guys again.

We ordered and received very quickly a 26" Primo Electric Fireplace. Could not be happier with the delivery time and the double packaging it came in. Well built and fantastic quality.Looks great in our old mantel replacing a very old gas heater. We do have reverse cycle heating and cooling so we bought this more for the look than the heating capacity but it does put out fair heat on high and would warm a smaller loungeroom. Cheers Moda Living for the great fireplace and service.
