Service great, fast delivery, assemble instructions were good. Fire place looks great. The only downside was it would be better if it pumped out a bit more heat

Loving my new electric fireplace and mantel. It makes my living room so cosy. Delivery was fast however I wasn’t aware I had to build it. It was pretty simple to build but just so anyone who buys it knows it needs building.

Just finished installing and it looks awesome. Throws a bit of heat and enough to take the chill out of the air but definitely not a huge heating appliance if that’s what you are after.

Our fire place suite looks fantastic, we have received many compliments. It has added a real statement in our living room.

Great fireplace had a problem but Moda replaced no questions asked very happy and would buy again thanks Moda and God Bless

Not one to usually do reviews but when we were looking for an outdoor couch to buy we read all reviews before making a purchase (thankfully)
This arrived in 4 business days, it was estimated 7-14 so was very happy with delivery. The couch was easy to put together I done it easily on my own and it is sturdy, comfortable and deeper than what I was expecting. It’s also very light too which is good and will make cleaning underneath and behind easy. Really really stoked with our purchase and would recommend to anyone.

I ordered this product for the look and it certainly didn't disappoint.

Glad we ordered an extra deep one as still not that deep when placing the logs & crystals. We also ordered the translucent driftwood set, these are much more attractive & realistic than the ones supplied with the fire.
Can feel the heat but we didn't really get it for heating, more for added atmosphere for our room.
We also added a few for cones 😁

I’m so impressed with my Fireplace it’s so warm inviting and Magical to watch whether you have the heat turned on or not. It’s just what our living room needed and it’s a very welcoming ambiance to our home

More assembly required than expected, and the plug fitting is too wide to be able to have the fireplace flush to the wall. Otherwise a great product.

The fire place with mantle has changed the atmosphere it our family room. It’s on every night

It's summer but when we have some cool weather it's fun to put the fire on. Without the heater of course! Looks so good with the light on too.

I absolutely love the two fireplaces that I have recently brought from Modaliving. I purchased one first for my bedroom and love it so much, so I brought another one for my living room. They work well and look beautiful. On top of that, the delivery was super fast! Thanks a lot!

Super impressed with my new Electric fireplace! Was better than I expected & heats the whole house when I turn the heat option on. Also love being able to change the colours & the logs to crystals. Definitely recommend!

Very impressive fireplace and heats pretty well too. Have had many compliments. Setup was a little finicky though with very small (almost illegible) instructions. You need 2 people to lift and place the firebox inside the mental as it’s a tight fit. Overall I’m very happy but loses 1 star for ease of setup
