This plan is an extension of the standard warranty and covers replacement parts for your electric fireplaces and outdoor furniture. It does not include on-site service.

Coverage and Benefits


Electric Fireplaces & Outdoor Furniture

  • The extended parts warranty covers all damaged parts but does not include on-site service.
  • If you are located in Sydney, you can bring the product to our Seven Hills warehouse for free repairs.
  • If you are outside Sydney or unable to return the product to our warehouse for repairs, we will provide replacement parts along with instructions on how to replace them.
  • Most parts are easy to replace, and we provide guidance for self-installation.
  • For electrical components, customers are required to hire a qualified electrician for installation.

Warranty Duration


  • 1 Year Care Plan Extended Warranty: Starts after the standard warranty expires. For example:
    • If an electric fireplace has a 1-year standard warranty, purchasing an additional 1-year Care Plan extends the total warranty period to 2 years.
    • If outdoor furniture has a 3-year structural warranty, purchasing an additional 1-year Care Plan extends the total warranty period to 4 years.

Important Notes


  • The Care Plan starts after the manufacturer’s standard warranty expires.
  • All Customer Care Plans must be purchased at the same time as the product or within 30 days of purchase. Plans cannot be added after this period.
  • This warranty applies to private household use only and is non-transferable.
  • Customers should read the full Terms & Conditions before purchasing the extended warranty.
