Note: This plan covers replacement parts for electric fireplaces and outdoor furniture but does not include on-site service.

Coverage and Benefits

Electric Fireplaces & Outdoor Furniture
  • Warranty covers all damaged parts but excludes on-site service.
  • Sydney customers can visit our Seven Hills warehouse for free repairs.
  • For customers outside Sydney or unable to bring the product in, we provide replacement parts with installation instructions.
  • Most parts are easy to replace, and we guide you through the process.
  • Electrical component replacements require a licensed electrician.

Warranty Duration

  • 1-Year Care Plan Extended Warranty: Begins after the standard warranty expires.
  • Example:
    • A 1-year warranty on an electric fireplace extends to 2 years with a 1-year Care Plan.
    • A 3-year warranty on outdoor furniture extends to 4 years with a 1-year Care Plan.

Important Notes

  • The Care Plan starts after the standard warranty expires.
  • Must be purchased with the product or within 30 days of purchase. Not available afterward.
  • Applies to private household use only and is non-transferable.
