Note: This plan covers replacement parts for electric fireplaces and outdoor furniture only. On-site service is not included.

Coverage and Benefits

Electric Fireplaces & Outdoor Furniture

  • Warranty covers all damaged parts, excluding on-site service
  • Sydney customers can visit our Seven Hills warehouse for free repairs
  • For customers outside Sydney, replacement parts and instructions will be provided
  • Most parts are simple to replace, with guidance from our team
  • Electrical components must be installed by a licensed electrician

Warranty Duration

  • 1-Year Care Plan Extended Warranty: Begins after the standard warranty expires
  • Example:
    • A 1-year fireplace warranty extends to 2 years
    • A 3-year outdoor furniture warranty extends to 4 years

Important Notes

  • The Care Plan begins after the standard warranty period ends
  • Must be purchased with the product or within 30 days of purchase
  • Applies to private household use only
  • The plan is non-transferable
