Warranty Coverage

We are committed to providing high-quality outdoor furniture. All our outdoor furniture products come with the following residential warranties:

  • Structure and Frame – 3 Years
    Covers defects in materials and workmanship affecting the structural integrity of the furniture frame.
  • Cushions – 1 Year
    Covers manufacturing defects in fabric and filling. Normal wear and tear, fading, and deterioration due to environmental exposure are not covered.
  • Wicker and Rope-Weave – 1 Year
    Covers manufacturing defects in the weave. Does not cover damage from weather exposure, misuse, or lack of proper care.
  • Powder Coating – 1 Year
    Covers peeling and excessive fading under normal residential use. Does not cover scratches, chipping, or exposure to extreme weather conditions.
  • Mechanism (if applicable) – 1 Year
    Covers defects in any mechanical components, including reclining or folding mechanisms, under normal residential use.

What is Covered?

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. If a product is determined to be defective under normal residential use, we will, at our discretion:

  • Provide Spare Parts – If the issue can be resolved with small replacement parts, we will send the required parts at no cost.
  • Partial Refund or Credit – For minor imperfections or cosmetic defects, a partial refund or store credit may be offered.
  • Replacement – If the issue cannot be resolved with spare parts, we will provide a replacement product (subject to availability).
  • Full Refund – In cases where a major failure occurs, you are entitled to a full refund under Australian Consumer Law.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage due to misuse, neglect, improper care, or lack of maintenance.
  • Fading, discolouration, or deterioration from prolonged UV exposure, extreme weather, or chemicals.
  • Stains, mildew, or mould caused by environmental conditions or improper storage.
  • Damage from wind, storms, hail, fire, or other natural events.
  • Rust or corrosion caused by prolonged exposure to water or salt air.
  • Normal wear and tear, including fabric pilling or softening of cushions over time.
  • Damage from commercial use (unless a separate commercial warranty applies).
  • Damage from pets, spills, or external factors beyond normal use.
  • Any modifications or repairs not authorised by us.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you have an issue with your product, follow these steps:

  • Contact Us – Send an email with a detailed description of the issue, along with clear photos or a video of the problem.
  • Assessment – Our team will review your claim and may request additional information or arrange an inspection.
  • Resolution – If your claim is valid, we will provide a solution based on the warranty coverage (repair, replacement, or refund).

If a product is discontinued, a comparable replacement may be offered. Transportation costs for returns or replacements may apply unless otherwise agreed.
