With its sleek lines and contemporary shape, the L shaped Paris Aluminium lounge is the perfect addition to any outdoor space this season. Upholstered in grey fabric, the spacious 6 seater sectional creates a sophisticated patio aesthetic with simple clean lines. UV and water resistant protection make it exceptional for outdoor conditions while its sturdy aluminum construction provides a solid foundation. The deep seating makes it all the more comfortable with high density foam filled cushions which add to the overall sharp and stylish look. The white powder coated aluminium frame gives a light and unique framework. Easy to move around and adds a tasteful sense to your space.
The cushions fabric is UV an water resistant, and the cushion covers can be removed and washed. The high-density foam filled cushions are soft, supportive and comfortable. Their sleek shapes are a great complement to the clean-cut design of the wicker sofas. They give your back strong support, provide comfortability to the seats and keep you warm in cold weathers.

Warranty Coverage

We are committed to providing high-quality outdoor furniture. All our outdoor furniture products come with the following residential warranties:

  • - Structure and Frame – 3 Years
    Covers defects in materials and workmanship affecting the structural integrity of the furniture frame.
  • - Cushions – 1 Year
    Covers manufacturing defects in fabric and filling. Normal wear and tear, fading, and deterioration due to environmental exposure are not covered.
  • - Wicker and Rope-Weave – 1 Year
    Covers manufacturing defects in the weave. Does not cover damage from weather exposure, misuse, or lack of proper care.
  • - Powder Coating – 1 Year
    Covers peeling and excessive fading under normal residential use. Does not cover scratches, chipping, or exposure to extreme weather conditions.
  • - Mechanism (if applicable) – 1 Year
    Covers defects in any mechanical components, including reclining or folding mechanisms, under normal residential use.

What is Covered?

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. If a product is determined to be defective under normal residential use, we will, at our discretion:

  • - Provide Spare Parts – If the issue can be resolved with small replacement parts, we will send the required parts at no cost.
  • - Partial Refund or Credit – For minor imperfections or cosmetic defects, a partial refund or store credit may be offered.
  • - Replacement – If the issue cannot be resolved with spare parts, we will provide a replacement product (subject to availability).
  • - Full Refund – In cases where a major failure occurs, you are entitled to a full refund under Australian Consumer Law.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • - Damage due to misuse, neglect, improper care, or lack of maintenance.
  • - Fading, discolouration, or deterioration from prolonged UV exposure, extreme weather, or chemicals.
  • - Stains, mildew, or mould caused by environmental conditions or improper storage.
  • - Damage from wind, storms, hail, fire, or other natural events.
  • - Rust or corrosion caused by prolonged exposure to water or salt air.
  • - Normal wear and tear, including fabric pilling or softening of cushions over time.
  • - Damage from commercial use (unless a separate commercial warranty applies).
  • - Damage from pets, spills, or external factors beyond normal use.
  • - Any modifications or repairs not authorised by us.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you have an issue with your product, follow these steps:

  • - Contact Us – Send an email with a detailed description of the issue, along with clear photos or a video of the problem.
  • - Assessment – Our team will review your claim and may request additional information or arrange an inspection.
  • - Resolution – If your claim is valid, we will provide a solution based on the warranty coverage (repair, replacement, or refund).

If a product is discontinued, a comparable replacement may be offered. Transportation costs for returns or replacements may apply unless otherwise agreed.
