Initially, I was disappointed with the customer service. The team seemed unorganized, and communication was poor. However, once a manager stepped in, things improved dramatically. The manager was attentive, resolved issues quickly, and ensured the rest of the process went smoothly.
In summary, this sofa is okay for younger buyers or those on a budget, but if you're looking for something luxurious, you might want to look elsewhere. At least the service picked up, thanks to the manager’s involvement.
