We are committed to providing high-quality outdoor furniture designed for durability and everyday comfort.
All our outdoor furniture products are covered by the following residential warranties.
Warranty Coverage

Structure and Frame – 3 Years
Covers defects in materials and workmanship affecting the structural integrity of the frame.

Cushions – 1 Year
Covers manufacturing defects in fabric and filling.
Normal wear and tear, fading, and environmental deterioration are not covered.

Wicker and Rope-Weave – 1 Year
Covers manufacturing defects in the weave.
Excludes damage caused by weather exposure, misuse, or lack of proper care.

Powder Coating – 1 Year
Covers peeling and excessive fading under normal residential use.
Does not cover scratches, chipping, or extreme environmental exposure.

Mechanism (if applicable) – 1 Year
Covers defects in mechanical components such as reclining or folding mechanisms under normal residential use.

What is Covered?
This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.
Where a valid issue is identified, we will provide an appropriate solution at our discretion.

Spare Parts Replacement – If the issue can be resolved with replacement parts, these will be provided at no cost.

Partial Refund or Store Credit – For minor imperfections or cosmetic issues, compensation may be offered.

Replacement – If the issue cannot be resolved with parts, a replacement product may be provided (subject to availability).

Full Refund – In the case of a major failure, you are entitled to a full refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper care, or lack of maintenance
- Fading, discolouration, or deterioration from UV exposure, weather, or chemicals
- Stains, mildew, or mould resulting from environmental conditions or storage
- Damage caused by wind, storms, hail, fire, or other natural events
- Rust or corrosion from prolonged exposure to water or salt air
- Normal wear and tear, including cushion softening or fabric pilling
- Commercial use (unless a separate commercial warranty applies)
- Damage caused by pets, spills, or external factors beyond normal use
- Unauthorised modifications or repairs
How to Make a Warranty Claim
If you experience an issue with your product, please follow these steps:

Contact Us – Email us with a clear description of the issue, along with photos or video.

Assessment – Our team will review your claim and may request additional information or arrange an inspection.

Resolution – If your claim is valid, we will provide a solution in line with the warranty terms.
If a product is discontinued, a comparable replacement may be offered.
Transportation costs for returns or replacements may apply unless otherwise agreed.
