All Moda Living products come with a 30-day money back guarantee, giving you peace of mind with every purchase.

We are confident that you will be delighted with the quality and value of our products. If you are not satisfied for any reason, or if you simply change your mind, you may return your item for a refund of the original purchase price.

Refund Conditions

• Refunds exclude original shipping costs
• Return shipping costs apply (if arranged by us)
• For orders with free shipping, the original delivery cost will be deducted from the refund
• A 10% restocking fee will apply

Return Process

All returns must be approved in advance.

• Contact us within 30 days of receiving your item
• Email info@modaliving.com.au with photos of the product in its original packaging
• We will issue a Return Authorisation (RA) number and provide return instructions

Packaging Requirements

• Items must be returned in their original packaging
• Products requiring assembly must be disassembled before return
• If returned without original packaging, a minimum $50 repackaging fee may apply
• Customers are responsible for ensuring the product is safely packaged to prevent transit damage

• We recommend checking colour and features before assembly where possible
• Refunds are generally processed within 7 days after the returned item is received and inspected
