Received a Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Product?

If your item arrived damaged, appears faulty, has missing parts, or you received an incorrect item, please do not use this return request form. Instead, please submit a damaged or faulty product report so our team can assess replacement parts, troubleshooting, a replacement item, or another suitable solution.

Before You Submit

To help us review your return request, please prepare the following:

  • Your order number or invoice number
  • Product name or model, if known
  • Clear photos or a short video showing the product condition and the outside of the packaging
  • Your current pickup address, if return pickup may be required
  • A short reason for your return request

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your item. To qualify for a change of mind return, the product must be in as-new, unused and unassembled condition, with all original packaging, accessories, swing tags, labels, manuals and other included items intact.

Important Return Conditions

All return requests must be approved before the item is sent back. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and a Return Authorisation number or label where applicable.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
  • Original delivery costs are not refundable, even if your order qualified for free or discounted shipping.
  • If your order originally included free shipping, a 20% postage fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Products that have been assembled, used, damaged, or returned without suitable packaging may not be accepted.
  • Returns without any packaging will not be accepted.
  • If a return is accepted without original packaging, a minimum re-packaging fee of $50 may apply.
  • Made-to-order products, clearance stock and commercial or non-domestic use purchases are not eligible for change of mind returns.
