I just bought the Ascot fireplace heater with the primo insert. What a beautiful addition it is to my home. The delivery and service by Moda living was amazing, hassle free and fast delivery. I would recommend these beautiful fireplace heaters to anyone.
We were quite happy with the speed in which this item was delivered.similarly, assembling the unit was quite straightforward and easy to do.
The appearance of the completed unit meets our expectations, and we are quite happy with the unit in this regard. However, we are somewhat disappointed in the amount of heat generated by this heater. We feel that for a 2000W heater, the heat generated should be greater; perhaps a more powerful fan speed could have assisted in this regard. While our room is somewhat large, the unit can not achieve a room temperature more than 21C.
