I purchased a couple of electric heaters from Moda Living but I took a long time to install them following renovations. When I did get around to it, one of the heaters internal led lights wasn’t working. Although it was well out of warranty, I emailed Moda Living to ask for some guidance. I received a very quick and helpful reply and they offered to send a part for free to help with the repair despite the item being long out of warranty. It arrived by express shipping in quick time and allowed me to have the heater fixed and we are now enjoying it very much. I was very impressed with Moda Living’s after sales service and the heaters look great and were very good value for money.

I have had some issues with the couriering company regarding deliveries of parcels, and Nelly has been very efficient with helping me keep track of everything - A breathe of fresh air, in comparison to some other furniture companies who will not get back to you after an email. We purchased 2 x Paris corner lounges, a dining table, cofee table and 2 x single seater Paris lounges just before Christmas. We ordered online and received the products within 3 days. Their service was amazing! We absolutely love the outdoor furniture and have used it every day since. It looks beautiful, was easy to assemble and is lightweight so easy to move around. We are extremely happy with our our purchase. The corner lounges are the best place for an afternoon summer nap!
