Service great, fast delivery, assemble instructions were good. Fire place looks great. The only downside was it would be better if it pumped out a bit more heat

Loving my new electric fireplace and mantel. It makes my living room so cosy. Delivery was fast however I wasn’t aware I had to build it. It was pretty simple to build but just so anyone who buys it knows it needs building.

Just finished installing and it looks awesome. Throws a bit of heat and enough to take the chill out of the air but definitely not a huge heating appliance if that’s what you are after.
