Excellent service. I had to preorder a product because it wasn't in stock. I was kept up to date with the progress of the order. It was delivered on the date I was notified on.
Service great, fast delivery, assemble instructions were good. Fire place looks great. The only downside was it would be better if it pumped out a bit more heat

After many weeks of researching and hunting, we settled on the Moda Living fireplace with mantal. I have to say, it makes our living room absolutely beautiful, it’s so cosy and inviting, and definitely our favourite room in the house. But I have only given 4 stars for 2 reasons. Firstly, the instructions were awful. They were not clear, did not explain where to start first, we just had to figure it out ourselves with much frustration. Secondly, the heat is fairly useless so don’t purchase if you expect to use it as a heater. You literally have to stand right next to it to feel the heat coming out of it. It eventually helps to keep a room nice and toasty but that’s with a split system running as well. It really is more for aesthetics than functionality. Just wish the fan/heat was better.
