Moda Living is committed to providing high-quality visual fireplace solutions that enhance your space with stunning flame effects. The following warranty applies to the Mistline Water Vapour Electric Fireplace series.

1. Warranty Coverage

Moda Living warrants that the Mistline Water Vapour Electric Fireplace will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase.

2. What’s Covered

If a manufacturing defect is found during the warranty period, Moda Living will, at its discretion:

  • Provide remote technical support
  • Send replacement parts for self-installation
  • Replace the product with an equivalent unit if repair is not feasible

Consumable parts, such as the mist maker and LED lights, are not covered beyond the initial setup period. If these components are found defective during the first 90 days from the date of purchase, they will be replaced under warranty.

3. What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not apply to:

  • Damage from improper setup, use of unfiltered or dirty water, or lack of cleaning
  • Use of non-compatible parts or modifications
  • Wear items such as mist transducers and LED lights after 90 days
  • Accidental damage, shipping damage, or damage due to power surges, fire, or water
  • Outdoor use or improper installation in a non-recommended location
  • Any misuse or neglect not in accordance with the product manual
  • Labour costs or on-site service
  • Use for rental, business, or commercial applications

4. Warranty Claim Process

Our team will assess the issue and provide guidance or instructions for repair, part replacement, or exchange.

5. Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to have the product repaired or replaced if it fails to meet acceptable quality standards and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
