Returns Policy

1. Please read our policies before bidding on our items. A winning bid means you have read and agreed to our policies.

2. We prepare our listings (pictures and descriptions) carefully. Our pictures are illustrated examples of their use in a setting. Any errors in the item details are unintentional, and you can message us to inform us of these errors so that we may rectify them.

3. Most of our items come with a 30-DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE. If you are not happy for any reason, you can return the item to us for a full refund of the purchase price (minus the delivery fee). When returning goods, items must be placed in its original packaging. The return delivery costs are the responsibility of the buyer. If you received free postage with your item, a 20% postage fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.

4. If you are unhappy with your transaction, contact us immediately so that we can resolve the issue. We try our best to satisfy our customers, so please communicate with us before leaving negative feedback.

5. To receive a refund, the item must be returned to us in ‘new’ condition with all internal and external packaging, accessories, swing tags, labels and manuals complete and intact. The item is NOT used, worn or damaged, and is in 100% re-sellable condition when we receive it. Items not return in their original packaging, subjected to damage whilst in transit, soiled or generally not in its original condition when returned will not have the full amount refunded.

6. We reserve the right to refuse provision of services to you if you abuse your rights.
